Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Whenever possible, items must be returned in their original packaging.
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at MudieMcenery361@gmail.com with the following details:

Your order number
Reason for the return
Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees for returning items are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MudieMcenery361@gmail.com. We may request photos of both the item and packaging to expedite resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please complete a return for your original purchase and place a new order separately.
